Rafiqly

Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 19, 2026

This policy covers the Rafiqly family display and the Rafiqly phone app ("Rafiqly", "we", "us"). In short: your family's information stays on your Rafiqly display at home. We don't run accounts, we don't sell or share your data, and there are no ads or tracking.

What you put into Rafiqly

You may add family members' names, pictures, colours and birthdays, your calendar events, tasks, lists, meals and recipes, prayer and fasting tracking, Sadaqah notes and settings. This information is stored on your Rafiqly display, in your home. It is not sent to our servers.

The phone app

The current version of the phone app does not send your information to any AI service. If we add a feature that does, we will update this policy, name the service, and ask your permission in the app before anything is sent.

Services the display connects to

To work well, the display contacts a few services. They receive only what is needed for that request, and your internet address (as with any internet connection):

Prayer times, the Hijri date and the Adhan are worked out on the display itself and keep working without internet.

Children

Rafiqly is set up and managed by parents. Children's profiles (a name, a picture, tasks and stars) are created by a parent and stay on the family's display. We do not collect personal information from children, and the phone app is intended for adults.

Analytics and advertising

Rafiqly has no advertising and no third-party analytics or tracking.

Keeping and deleting your information

Security

The phone and the display use an encrypted connection set up by the pairing code. A Parent PIN can protect Settings on the display.

Changes

If we change how Rafiqly handles information, we will update this page and the date above. Important changes will also be shown in the app.
